Many of the affirmations are ones I would not have come up with on my own. This is great!! I love that the affirmations are categorized allowing the reader to focus on the specific areas they’d like to improve. The best part though, this book will be a useful tool long term as well.

I love how the book is laid out with topics for particular attitudes and platitudes and then to my great surprise I found near the back a section for quitting smoking of which I have just recently find myself having to quit.

Great books excellent value

This book delivers on explaining to the reader how they can access the divine energy within. Chris explains the inner work that must be done but he does not leave you alone to figure out what resources to use; he provides valuable resources to help you achieve this goal. Addi, he provides a 10-Day Transformation program that I will be starting soon—I believe it’s going to help me develop some vital habits that will help me make the transformation that I am seeking.
