Returns

- Physical books can be returned within 30 Days. 

- eBooks and audiobooks are non-refundable because once they’re delivered to you, they can’t be undelivered.

 

Shipping charges: The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Wrong Shipping Address: We are not responsible if you put the wrong shipping address. Please make sure you look over your order details before you submit your order.

Undeliverable/Return to Sender: Undeliverable packages due to insufficient address (or otherwise) and  "return to sender" packages will not be refunded the initial shipping charges on the order.

Customs Fees/Duties:Unfortunately, some countries charge duties on all imported goods, including books. Please be aware that you are responsible for the customs fees/duties. If you refuse the package because of this, the shipping paid on the order will not be refunded.

Additionally, the shipping carrier may bill us a 2nd shipping charge to return your order back to us. We are not responsible for these additional shipping charges and they will be deducted from your original invoice.
