This book delivers on explaining to the reader how they can access the divine energy within. Chris explains the inner work that must be done but he does not leave you alone to figure out what resources to use; he provides valuable resources to help you achieve this goal. Addi, he provides a 10-Day Transformation program that I will be starting soon—I believe it’s going to help me develop some vital habits that will help me make the transformation that I am seeking.
