Honestly I just finished reading the book titled "8000 ULTIMATE AFFIRMATIONS" this is actually my very first book that I have ordered and I just finished reading it. I love the contents of this particular book, because it made my self esteem to go high and it is really very motivational and inspired me a lot. However the last three (3) pages of this book which is the Quitting Alcohol, Quitting Drugs, & Quitting Cigarettes are actually very informational as well. Even though I have never use these kinds of bad habits, but it is good to learn something about them and not to use them as these cause a bad habits. I truly recommend Mr. Chris Josh book. They are really very educational, motivational and very inspirational. I am
