Your energy is like a special light inside of you. It helps you feel happy, strong, and ready for anything.
But sometimes, things around you can dim your light. That’s why protecting your energy is so important!
First, spend time with people who make you feel good. If someone makes you feel sad or tired, it’s okay to take a break from them.
Second, say “no” to the things that don’t make you happy or help you grow as a person. Keep in mind, you can’t do everything, and that’s okay!
Taking care of your body helps you maximize your energy, too. Get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and move your body every day. Also, find time for things you love, like reading, hobbies, or visiting your local park.
Lastly, remember to breathe. When things feel hard, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. You control your emotions.
Your energy is precious. Take care of it, and your light will shine bright for everyone to see!

I love being outside in nature. Sitting in my patio chair by the pool in the sun. Listen to prince on my job speaker. And meditation along with reading the bible
Hi Christ, compliment of the season. Sometimes, as counsellors, we find ourselves in a tricky situation requiring supervision. That was my position. When I followed you up, I gained my strength back quickly. Thanks, you’re simply the best. I love your structure. I want to connect with you. I want to learn from you and perhaps grow better with you. Is that possible? Enjoy the rest of the gratitude season.
