Have you ever stopped yourself from doing something good?
Maybe you wanted to try a new hobby, but you said, "I’ll fail." Or you had a big goal but kept making excuses.
That’s called self-sabotage —when we get in our own way!
The first step to stopping self-sabotage is believing in yourself.
When negative thoughts come, replace them with kind words. Say, “I can do this!” instead of “I’m not good enough.”
Next, take small steps. Big goals can feel scary, but little steps are easier and more manageable. Just start!
Also, be patient. Mistakes don’t mean failure—they mean learning! Keep trying, and don’t give up on yourself.
Finally, surround yourself with positive people. Good friends lift you up and help you see your greatness.
You deserve success. Stop doubting yourself and start believing—because you are capable of amazing things!
