Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic Abuse

Written by Chris Josh

Narcissism abuse happens when someone who only cares about themselves, hurts others.

Some narcissists will portray themselves to be innocent and ultra religious to hide their true wicked nature.

They will put you down, lie to you, or make you feel like nothing you do is ever good enough. They'll make you question your own worth and your own reality.

They purposely drain your energy and never let you just relax in peace. They crush your self-esteem and confidence.

They are absolutely obsessed with control and domination. And they don’t care about your feelings. They just want to control you like a puppet.

If someone always blames you, makes you feel bad, or never listens to you, that’s not okay! You deserve kindness and respect.

Narcissists can trick you into thinking everything is your fault, but it’s not.

They'll constantly bring up the past to try and prove that. And to guilt trip you into complying with them. They also do this to avoid accountability.

For example, if you bring up something they did that was disrespectful, instead of owning up to it, they'll start telling you things you did in the past.

The best way to heal is to set boundaries, walk away if you can, and surround yourself with people who love and support you.

You're strong, and you don’t have to stay in a situation that hurts you. You deserve great people in your life.

If you’re dealing with this, talk to someone you trust. Help is out there, and you deserve to be happy!

Have you ever dealt with someone like this?
