Your higher self is the wise, loving part of you.
It knows what’s best and wants to help you. You can talk to your higher self anytime.
Start by getting quiet. Sit still. Take a few deep breaths.
Now, close your eyes and say, “Higher self, what do I need to know?”
Then listen.
You may hear a thought. You may feel peace. You may get an idea.
You can also write a question in a journal and wait for the answer to come.
Your higher self always speaks with love, never fear. If it feels calm and kind, it’s your higher self.
Talk to it when you feel sad, lost, or unsure. It will help guide you.
The more you listen, the stronger the connection gets.
You are never alone. Your higher self is always with you — cheering you on.
