Keeping a gratitude journal is a simple way to feel happier and think more positively. All you need is a notebook and a few minutes each day!
Start by picking a notebook you like. It can be small or big - colorful or plain. This will be your special place to write about things you’re thankful for.
Each day, write down 3 things you’re grateful for. They can be big, like your family or friends, or small, like a sunny day (to some this is huge) or your favorite snack.
Take your time and really think about why you’re grateful. For example, “I’m thankful for my mom because she made me feel loved today.”
When you focus on good things, you’ll feel happier and more peaceful. Your mindset will slowly shift, helping you see more of the good around you.
Start today—it’s an easy way to change your life!
