Current Burpees Count: 51,579 Reps
As of 3/31/26, Chris has done 51,579 burpees since March of 2021.
He does 3 sets of 11 reps each - Mondays through Saturdays and rests only on Sundays. He started with one rep and gradually kept adding one additional rep with each passing day. Eventually, he got up to 3 sets of 11 reps each.
Why 11 reps? In case he messes up the count. At least he knows he either did 10 or 12 reps if he does mess up. And he's good with doing 10, 11, or 12 reps.
