Let me tell it like it is - straight up.
That voice telling you you're not enough? It's lying to you.
Ignore it and flip it around. Instead, tell yourself, "I know I'm more than enough."
You're not "too much to handle." You're not too little. You're not behind. And you're sure as heck not broken.
That feeling didn't just come from nowhere. Somebody made you feel that way once.
Maybe they ignored you or maybe they compared you...
Maybe they made you feel like you had to earn their love.
But that was their voice. And somewhere along the way, you made it yours.
Why? Because you gave their opinion more authority than your own.
Here's what to do.
Catch the voice. When it says "you're not enough," notice it and name it. "That's not me talking. That's just a memory of how someone else made me feel."
Talk back. Say the truth. "I know for a fact that I'm enough right now, exactly as I am."
Then...do it again tomorrow. You didn't learn to doubt yourself in one day - so you won't undo it in one day either. Keep on going.
You were always enough. You just forgot.
Now remember who you are.
Look your eyes in the mirror and with full conviction, tell yourself, "I LOVE YOU! YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH. I'M PROUD OF YOU."
