Some days, just getting out of bed feels impossible.
Everything hurts.
Your heart ... your mind ... your whole body.
I know that feeling all too well. And I want you to know this ... you don't have to fix everything today.
Start small. Get up. Drink some water. And take a shower to improve your mood.
That's enough.
Go slow. You don't need to be productive. And you don't need to be okay. You just need to breathe and get through the next hour. That's all.
Find one thing.
One song that makes you feel something. Or one person who gets it.
Really - all you need is one reason to keep going. Just one.
Be kind to yourself. You're not weak for hurting. You're human. And you're still here, which means you're stronger than you think.
This day won't last forever.
You've survived hard days before. And you'll survive this one too.
Just take it one breath at a time.
