We all have those days when we just want to give up. You're not alone!
When it feels too hard. When nothing is working. And when you're tired of trying...
Here's what to do.
First, remember your why.
Why did you start? What were you hoping for? Go back to that reason. It's still real and it still matters.
Second, take a break.
You don't have to quit. You just need to rest. Step away for a day, an hour, or even just ten minutes. Breathe and reset.
Third, break it down.
The whole thing feels too big right now. So make it smaller. What's one tiny step you can take today? Just one... Do that.
You're not failing; you're just tired.
And being tired doesn't mean you're done. It means you need to be kind to yourself right now.
Don't quit on a bad day.
